Belarmine is located on a 60 acre site between Sandyford and Stepaside villages. It comprises of 528 houses and apartments, extensive private parking for residents and 10 acres of parkland. The scheme also incorporates a village centre with shops, a health and beauty centre, wine bar and coffee shop. The second phase includes 19 different house, apartment and duplex styles.
