Quality Assurance & Control Policy

The Crown Roofing Ltd. Quality Policy statement indicates our commitment and focuses on what is important to us as an organisation; achieving customer satisfaction and it prescribes the method by which this will be achieved; by continually improving processes, products, and services to ensure they consistently meet or exceed requirements. Moreover, our quality policy statement acts as a compass in providing the direction and a framework for establishing a key corporate level performance measures and related improvement objectives, in line with the company accreditation of our QA management system to the ISO 9001 standard.

It is the responsibility of all employees to familiarise themselves with the contents of this quality manual and to comply with the policies and procedures lay down in this manual and associated documentation at all times.

The aim of the Quality Policy of Crown Roofing Ltd. is to provide a service and carry out installation works which comply with the specified requirements of the Contract and comply with the relevant Codes of Practice and Statutory Regulations and Standards.

The key objectives of our QA related management system is to:

  • Ensure the necessary resources are provided to meet business, customer and contract requirements.
  • Establish clear procedures for working with all project Stakeholders.
  • Create a commitment amongst our employees to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Ensure the necessary checking and inspection processes are in place to ensure all works are compliant with standards, best practice guidelines,  and customer expectations
  • Set clearly defined quality objectives, plans and targets that are regularly audited and reviewed by senior management.
  • Communicate the company quality ethos to all employees and our supply chain.
  • Handover quality projects - on time and within budget, defect free, complete with the provision of all required documentation
  • Ensure quality standards are operated at the highest level across all our projects.
  • Ensure new and existing employees have the skills, training and capabilities to meet the needs and expectations of our projects, Clients and Stakeholders.

In order to achieve the implementation of this Policy Crown Roofing Ltd. will conduct their operations in accordance with a formal system of Quality Management which complies with ISO 9001:2008, which will be fully documented in the Company Quality Assurance and Quality System and Procedures Manuals.

This Quality Assurance System and the procedures outlined in the Manual are designed to ensure that all activities carried out by Crown Roofing Ltd. are planned and controlled and performed in a manner and to a standard of quality that is predictably acceptable to our clients.

The Quality Assurance Manual will cover all aspects of the Company’s activities.

In performing their duties the Directors of Crown Roofing Ltd. commit themselves and all of their employees to maintaining and continually improving our quality system; to exercising all reasonable skill and care; and will ensure that regular reviews of the Company’s performance take place and that the operation of the Quality Assurance System is monitored at regular intervals in order to ensure maximum effectiveness.
