We recently hosted a Connect Workshop in Dublin, bringing together all of our Ireland-based site teams.

The theme of our event was TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More, in celebration of the last 30 years of teamwork at Crown.

We were joined by a range of excellent speakers:
– John Hilland and Ciaran O’Connell reminded us of the importance of prioritizing personal and team health & safety, mental health and wellbeing best practice
– Aisling Duffy, of CG Business Consulting, discussed quality and the role of each team member in achieving operational excellence, in the wake of our successful accreditation to four ISO standards this year
– Colin Judge, Irish Paralympian, shared his story of resilience and the importance of trusting and relying on your team
