
Tommy Daly is Crown’s HSEQ Advisor, assisting Safety Director Ciaran O’Connell with ensuring the health and safety of all of Crown’s staff, on projects across Ireland and Europe.
Tommy joined Crown in late 2021, having spent the previous 25 years in various site-based roles, including tower crane, MEWP and teleporter driving, as a banksman and as a scaffolder. Tommy then pursued his education in Occupational Safety and Health at Atlantic Technological University Sligo, studying at night for 4 years.
In addition to his Level 7 Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Tommy is also a qualified instructor in Manual Handing, Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel and Train the Trainer, as well as being a DSE Assessor.
Working across a diverse range of projects, from residential to mission critical, in Ireland, the UK and Europe, Tommy enjoys the challenge of providing for each project and site team. His continued hard work has led to Crown maintaining an exemplary safety record across all sites.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife and 16 year-old twins, as well as at his two local fishing clubs, where he is a keen shore angler.
