As you are all aware, November is Movember and we are focusing on Men’s health and wellbeing for the whole month. As 90% of our employees are men this means that Movember is all about most of you. Get involved and do whatever you can to raise awareness and raise funds for men’s health.
Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent. Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer – Movember supports them all.
Movember has also highlighted the men we have lost this year and as you will remember, Renaldas Galdikas who worked on our Malmo Sweden project, sadly passed away at the young age of 42 last May. Heartbreakingly he left behind two young daughters.
Renaldas premature passing has weighed heavily on our hearts and we feel we should use this month to remember Renaldas life that was cut short and also to raise money for his two daughters who have been left without a dad. We are hoping that each of you will get involved in our ‘Remembering Renaldas’ Fundraiser.
Simply take part in our ‘Remembering Renaldas’, walk on Sunday 29th November 2020.
Due to Covid we can’t do a group walk but you can walk on your own or with your family. Simply walk as far as you can and donate whatever amount you can on the button below.
Crown Roofing & Cladding will double your donation and all proceeds will go directly to Renaldas daughters.
Please, Please, Please help out with this worthy cause and help give Renaldas Girls a better life.
