Liquid applied waterproofing is a cold applied system which normally includes a reinforcement fleece. The system can be applied on warm, cold or uninsulated roof constructions. When it cures it forms a monolithic, seamless waterproofing layer.
Additional layers can be applied to the waterproofing system for walkways, balconies and terraces to provide a non-slip hard wearing surface. One of the key advantages of the system is that it can be installed without the requirement for a naked flame, reducing the risk of fire. The system is available in solvent free form if work is being carried out in close proximity to vent shafts or building users/occupants.
